Crewmembers on the Meals Community’s Worst Cooks in America have gone on strike, searching for a union contract and illustration by the Worldwide Alliance of Theatrical Stage Workers. The cooking competitors present, which stars Anne Burrell and Jeff Mauro, debuted in 2010 and is in its twenty sixth cycle.
“The crew is hanging for recognition of their union, and in flip their purpose is a union contract,” IATSE spokesman Jonas Loeb mentioned. “The crew has been out and able to negotiate since Wednesday.”
In a strike alert posted on social media, IATSE mentioned that “The crew of Worst Cooks in America are on strike in Lengthy Island Metropolis as Brilliant Street Productions refuses to serve up truthful wages and advantages. Worst Cooks serves up subpar wages; advantages not on the menu.”
