From the outside looking in, Dwayne is a talented Pro-Wrestler, but it isn't hard to find people much better, ie Chris Jericho, Chris Benoit, Eddie Guerrero, Kurt Angle, who were all active when he was in the WWF/E. But the guy who wrote his promos knew what he was doing, and in the "Attitude Era" of WWF, the majority of the audience cared more about character work than in-ring ability.
