To Settle Lawsuit Over 5-Story Fall

Flo Rida‘s child mama says she’s prepared to settle the lawsuit over their son’s near-fatal fall from her New Jersey condominium constructing … however it’ll require an 8-figure payout.
Based on new authorized docs, obtained by TMZ, Alexis Adams says it is going to take $40 million for her to settle the swimsuit she’s filed towards the assorted events she claims are answerable for her son’s fall from a Jersey Metropolis constructing.
Bear in mind, Alexis and Flo’s 6-year-old son Zohar fell from a Fifth-story window again in March and landed on the concrete pavement under … leading to severe accidents.

Whereas Alexis says $40 million is what it is going to take for her to settle — $20 million from one set of defendants and $20 million from one other — there is not any indication within the docs that any of the defendants are serious about paying that quantity to resolve the case.
