I know this is probably going to sound iffy but what about jeff epstein & his pals. Only reason im not sure to put it is i wasnt sure if he was a full blown celebrity. But he was well known so…hes definitely at a high place in the top spots regardless wether hes number 1 or not. Guy & his rich pals did monstrous things to women.
