For my 13th birthday, my parents got me meet and greet tickets for my idol, Jake Miller. It was a 6 hour drive to salt lake from Boise, but my dad took me. I brought my guitar that I wanted him to sign. I was definitely the youngest person in the whole audience. The moment I saw him, I started crying. Little 12 (nearly 13) y/o me with my acoustic guitar, meeting my idol. He saw me, said "oh, don't cry" with the biggest smile, and hugged me. I have a photo of that moment that my parents had framed for my actual birthday. 4-5 years later, I bought myself meet and greet tickets again with the money I earned from my first job. I brought that photo and had him sign it.
