The Mates of the Altoona Space Public Library are sorting books to arrange for his or her upcoming Fall Used E-book Sale. The sale will probably be held from 8:30 a.m. to five p.m. Friday, Oct. 27, and 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 28, on the bottom ground of the library. Then on Monday, Oct. 30, from 8:30 a.m. to six p.m., the $5-a-bag sale. For Mates members, the Members’ Pre-Sale will happen from 5:30 to eight p.m. Thursday, Oct. 26. Youngsters who come on Thursday in costume will get a free e-book. There aren’t any Sunday hours. The e-book sale provides very inexpensive books of all types from grownup fiction, youngsters’s books, bestsellers to classics, non-fiction comparable to journey, artwork, historical past, house restore, family tree, well being, science, crafts, language and true crime books. The sale additionally consists of puzzles, DVDs, CDs, audiobooks, patterns, video games and extra. All cash raised advantages the library.
