I’m afraid of roaches. Whenever I see one I start to hyperventilate and I shake. My family doesn’t really help much with that fear because they sometimes will find roaches and make me kill them or they’ll make me pick them up after they killed them. I know they’re completely harmless but they still scare me and even just knowing that there could be some in a room or building I’m in makes my skin crawl
