Harrison Ford was honored on the Critics Alternative Awards with the Profession Achievement Award and delivered a heartfelt speech.
“I’m actually completely happy to be right here tonight [and] to see what our enterprise is popping into,” Ford stated, accepting his award after a standing ovation from the group. “And the entire gifted people who find themselves getting alternatives that most likely wouldn’t have existed within the early a part of my profession. I’m actually completely happy about that.”
The Star Wars alum stated he felt “enormously fortunate” for the honour and thanked his “beautiful spouse,” Calista Flockhart, who was visibly emotional with tears in her eyes.
Ford famous that his spouse “helps me after I want numerous assist — and I want numerous assist.”
“I’m grateful to all of the high-quality actors — I see a lot of them right here tonight — that I’ve labored with and I’m deeply completely happy to have had the alternatives that I’ve had,” he continued. “Thanks, I received’t take any extra of your time.”

Earlier within the broadcast, cameras caught Ford within the humorous second when his Shrinking co-star offered an award. As Jason Segel took the state for his presenting duties, Ford was seen cheering his co-star on and saying his identify.

Ford and Segel co-star within the Apple TV+ collection co-created by Invoice Lawrence, Segel and Brett Goldstein. Within the collection, Ford performs the function of Dr. Paul Rhoades, a therapist and colleague of Segel’s Jimmy Laird. A second season of the comedy-drama has already been ordered following the primary season which premiered on January 2023 and consisted of ten episodes.
