Almost 50 gold items of artwork created by Italian sculptor Umberto Mastroianni have been stolen from an exhibition close to Lake Garda, Italy, on Wednesday night time, the host of the exhibition, the Vittoriale degli Italiani property, instructed CNN.
Forty-nine items of artwork, price €1.2 million (greater than $1.3 million USD), have been stolen, a spokesperson for Vittoriale degli Italiani mentioned Saturday.
One of many items, named “Uomo/Donna” (Man/Lady), was later discovered contained in the exhibition advanced’s grounds, however the different 48 items stay lacking, the property spokesperson instructed CNN.
