Courteney Cox could also be heading again to the “Scream” franchise, as sources inform Selection she is in talks to reprise the position of Gale Weathers within the seventh film of the slasher collection, to be directed by “Scream” creator and author Kevin Williamson.
The information comes about two weeks after Neve Campbell introduced she was coming again as Sidney Prescott after the actor sat out of “Scream 6” on account of a wage dispute.
“Sidney Prescott is coming again!!!!” Campbell posted on Instagram March 12. “It’s at all times been such a blast and an honor to get to play Sidney within the ‘Scream’ films. My appreciation for these movies and for what they’ve meant to me, has by no means waned.
