Ohh Zoe, if you like the taste of carrot cake but not the texture, you should try making a Kumara (sweet potato) cake!! It's got cream cheese icing like a carrot cake too.
I think you're turning into cool adults, like if I was a teen living at the end of the street I would think of you as the cool couple. Not proper adults yet
I’m not big on commenting, but Zoe’s words about Nala really hit home for me. My wonderful puppy came home with me when she was 10 weeks old, and we hardly spend a day apart during her 15 years. I worried so much about losing her, and like Zoe, it broke my heart to even contemplate it. Now, over a year after losing her, it still makes my eyes well up to talk or think about the situation that brought our incredible relationship to an end. There’s nothing that can prepare you, so my advice is don’t focus on it. It will hurt your heart terribly when it happens, but the wonderful friendship you have with them means the pain will always be worth it. The good always ends up outweighing the bad. The memories are incredibly precious; I wouldn’t trade them for anything. Don’t know why I felt the need to say all that, but there it is!
