Poised elegantly on a mountain ridge, these villas supply handy entry to the seaside and the city, complemented by breathtaking ocean vistas. The design’s hallmark lies in its distinctive roof pavilions, which promise privateness and easy integration with the encompassing pure panorama.

Idea. Every villa is strategically positioned to seize breathtaking oceanic views, making certain privateness whereas fostering a harmonious dialogue with the plush jungle environment. The design’s hanging geometric rooflines have been meticulously crafted to accommodate the prevailing timber, thereby enhancing and respecting the pure setting.

Design. The steep terrain led us to a design that makes use of the houses’ construction to stabilize the hillside, permitting for vertical building. This association offers each room a view of the ocean. Beneath, swimming pools present communal areas carefully linked to the pure panorama. The primary dwelling space, elevated above the remainder, is a pavilion set among the many treetops, providing an immersive jungle expertise.

Flooring plan

Sustainability. The villas’ design optimizes photo voltaic publicity and pure air flow, underlining a dedication to eco-friendly practices. The thoughtfully designed roofs serve a twin function: framing gorgeous views and positioning the villas for optimum photo voltaic vitality technology. This sustainable method respects the atmosphere and enhances the general dwelling expertise, aligning with the consumer’s imaginative and prescient of concord with nature.

Building. The development method adapts to the steep terrain with a sturdier base for the bedrooms and swimming pools and a lighter construction for the lounge above. Giant home windows on the pavilion-style higher flooring supply expansive views and a connection to the outside. This higher construction, resting on a concrete base and constructed with a prefabricated metal body, is complemented by interiors of sustainable teak wooden and different light-weight supplies, making certain each magnificence and environmental consciousness.
