As I watch this again, it’s like a double edged sword. These women are so dedicated to this lifestyle they will sacrifice almost anything for it which is an ode to their discipline and ambition. However, it’s so hurtful to see them doing this to their own bodies for the sake of reputation. I know Mamamoo are kind souls and truly believe everyone is beautiful in their own way but sometimes they don’t give themselves the same leeway. I both appreciate and fear their dedication. But, goddamn, they are 4 beautiful women no matter if they lose weight, gain weight, dress up, dress down, make up on or off.

This obssession with weight is unhealthy. Men who want skinny women and deem fat what is not skinny are unhealthy, toxic and weak. So Beyoncé, for example, Rihanna, don't meet korean standards?
