Mnet has commented relating to the absence of main artists from the lineup for the 2023 MAMA Awards.
On November 8, the 2023 MAMA Awards held a Media Day occasion with host Jeon So Mi, Mnet’s enterprise division head Park Chan Wook, and CJ ENM’s Conference Enterprise Technique and Planning Group specialist Lee Solar Hyung in attendance.
On the standards for choosing this 12 months’s attendees, Park Chan Wook commented, “As it’s an awards present, we prioritize the casting of artists who made probably the most noticeable impression all year long.”
When requested in regards to the absence of main artists together with BTS’s Jungkook, NewJeans, IVE, and Stray Kids from the introduced lineup, Park Chan Wook responded, “We’re discussing the likelihood for extra artists. The 2023 MAMA Awards will probably be held at Tokyo Dome on November 28 and 29.
