Positioned within the north of the town of Guanajuato, within the Mineral de Valenciana, 3 me structure workshop is positioned on the sting of the city space and the pure reserve of the Cuenca de la Esperanza. It’s a mountainous space with considerable vegetation.
In its location, understanding its situation as an edge is hooked up to the slope, blends in with the panorama. On the one hand, it maintains a low scale, taking care to not hinder the view and coexist with the adjoining buildings to open to the horizon on the opposite facet. Within the design and building, there’s a steadiness between custom and up to date structure utilizing native stone lower with native rigging methods and a floated metal roof to mark the panorama.
This system is made up of three platforms: two exterior terraces, one the place automobiles are parked, the opposite as an entry/viewpoint and the workshop platform, the place the workspace is open; The furnishings is made up of a giant bookcase from which three organized worktables unfold, weaving for the workshop with the views.
